What we think
We like Zoho CRM’s robust functionality as a complete sales and marketing platform. we also like the product’s ability to integrate with other Zoho products but would like a wider range of integrations with non-Zoho products. We think the lead management functionality is great but noted a bit of a lag while syncing leads with other internal systems.
